What we sell
The shop carries two SAVED styles: Solid Black / Cream on Cotton Heritage MC1087 (listed S–4XL), and Faded Coal / Gold on AS Colour 5082 (listed XS–3XL; Faded Black only after provider verification). Both carry the original cream-and-gold back mark. No other slogan is offered. Listed sizes are not verified ordering availability.
Made to order
Each shirt is printed after an order is paid for, so we hold no stock and make no claim about inventory or remaining quantities. Production is done by a printing partner we work with, one order at a time.
Price, shipping and tax
Target prices are US$32 for Solid Black / Cream and US$39 for Faded Coal / Gold. Shipping and any applicable tax are calculated for your address and shown before you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Prices, shipping options and available sizes may change while ordering is being set up.
Delivery
Initial shipping is within the United States only. Because each shirt is printed to order, delivery time includes production as well as transit, and we do not promise a delivery date until a verified shipping quote exists for your address. When your order ships, we email a confirmation and a tracking link.
Returns and order problems
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the item you ordered, contact us and we will make it right. Because shirts are printed to order, we do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so please check the size guide before you order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellations and changes
You can ask us to cancel or change an order any time before production begins. Once printing has started we may not be able to stop it, and a refund is not guaranteed in that case. Write to us as soon as possible and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider; card numbers go to that provider and are not stored on this site. No charge happens on this page — while ordering is closed, nothing is collected. There are no subscriptions or automatic reorders: every order is one you place yourself.
How your order is produced and shipped
To produce and deliver your shirt we share your name, shipping address and email with our printing and shipping partner, and nothing else. That partner does not receive prayer requests, class records, devotional email lists or any other ministry information, and we do not join your order to those records.
Your information
Order details are used only to take payment, produce, ship and support your order. We do not sell your information. Marketing emails about the shop are sent only if you tick the optional consent box at checkout, which starts unchecked, and they are separate from the daily Proverbs and Psalms emails you can subscribe to elsewhere on this site. Purchases are not donations
A shirt purchase is a purchase: it is not a gift or donation, and we do not issue a tax-deductible receipt or claim that any part of the price is tax-deductible. Net proceeds support the work of Fall 7 Rise 8 Ministry. If you would rather give than buy, giving is separate and is described on our support page.
Order status and privacy
Your order status is available through a private link sent to your email — no account is needed. That link is unique to you and expires, so please do not share it; anyone who has it can see your order. If your link stops working, contact us and we will send a new one.
Language and accessibility
Shop pages are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the design preview, size guide and these policies can be read without an account. If any part of the shop is hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader, tell us and we will fix it or help you order another way.
Questions about an order
Use the contact page to reach the ministry team about an order, a size, or anything written here. Include your order number if you have one and we will reply by email. For your privacy, please do not send card details or passwords.
Changes to these policies
We may update these policies as the shop develops. The version date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the version in force when you paid is the one that applies to your order. We will not use a policy change to charge you again or to alter what you already ordered.
