Communications disclosure

When you submit the contact form, the information you enter — name, email address, optional phone number, and message — is transmitted to Ministry staff through the following third-party providers so we can receive and respond to your inquiry:

• Email notification (Resend, always on): the full contents of your submission are delivered to a Ministry inbox via Resend. Your email address is included as the reply-to address so Ministry staff can respond to you directly. Resend acts as our email service provider and processes this data under its own privacy terms.
• SMS notification (Twilio, optional): when this integration is enabled, a short SMS alert containing your name, email address, and the first ~240 characters of your message is sent from a Twilio phone number to a Ministry staff phone number. You are not sent an SMS as a result of submitting the contact form, and the Ministry does not add you to any SMS list. Standard message and data rates may apply only if you separately choose to text a Ministry number; you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

You may ask us to stop contacting you, or request deletion of any contact-form data we hold about you, at any time by emailing mail@fallsevenriseeight.com. For a full description of what these providers process and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Donations disclosure

Gifts to the Ministry support its charitable and ministry purposes. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and personal circumstances; please consult your own tax advisor. The Ministry reserves the right to allocate gifts where the need is greatest consistent with its mission.
