How it works

  • Days 1–30: five psalms each morning, in order (Day 1 is Psalms 1–5; Day 30 is Psalms 146–150).
  • Day 31: Selah — a pause to remember, give thanks and begin again. No new psalms that day.
  • The calendar repeats every month. If you join mid-month, your first email is the next morning's reading.
