Stand in God's strength
Ephesians 6:10–18 calls believers to stand—not to perform—with truth, righteousness, readiness from the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, the Word of God, and prayer. The armor points us toward God's provision rather than our own power.
Practice sober resistance
- Submit to God and resist evil (James 4:7)
- Bring thoughts into obedience to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:3–5)
- Refuse fear, accusation, deception, and temptation with biblical truth
- Pray with mature believers rather than isolating yourself
- Avoid obsession, speculation, and assigning spiritual causes without wisdom
Keep Christ central
Spiritual warfare is not a search for demons behind every problem. It is a life of allegiance to Jesus—rooted in grace, expressed through obedience, strengthened by prayer, and sustained in community.
